Meet Alex Niels

 Hi My name is Alex Niels,


I am excited to become a Registered Behavior Technician. I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Northern Colorado. I have served the WeldRE4 school district as a paraprofessional, a SOAR educator, and a substitute for 5 years now. I have served as a respite care service provider for teen boys with varying disabilities for over 4 years. I have also worked as a swim coach, a swim teacher, and warm water therapy instructor for various ages and disabilities for over 15 years. I happily reside in Fort Collins with my wife, our cat and turtle. My hobbies include hiking, camping, biking, traveling, music and art. 



Meet Ben Earl

Hello I’m Benjamin Earl


I’m excited to begin working as a RBT. I have about 10 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and physical disabilities as well. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals no matter what they may be. I’m a father of 3 boys and 1 cat who thinks he’s a dog. I live in Cheyenne and look forward to meeting you.


Meet Kristen Mettlen


I am a mom of 5.  2 teenage boys at home, I daughter I heading off to college in the fall and 2 young adult sons.  I have been married for 28 years and we live in rural northeastern Colorado.  

Prior to becoming an RBT, I worked in many different Positions, but always with kids. I homeschooled my our Children until they reached high school.  I found ABA during covid and it has become my passion. 1 am finishing my undergrad in psychology in applied Behavior analysis and am working towards becoming a BCaBA.  I Love my career and enjoy helping families come together and discover how ABA can help each of thier individual situations.  





Meet Karalee Minch 

Hi my name is Karalee,

I'm a true Colorado native born in Longmont. I have 3 cats; Banjo/ Maine coon (14yrs),

Boots/ I adopted as a kitten (12yrs), Tukka/ Maine coon kitten I got this summer (5months). 

My favorite season is Summer, I love being outside, gardening and spending time with my family.

My favorite snack is Gold fish and I love Mexican food 







Meet Lucia Garramone 

Hi! My name is Lucia and I’m 22. I’m excited to become a RBT. I’ve recently earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Colorado State University. I love kids and I’m passionate about helping others! My interests include music, art, and being outdoors.



Meet Paige St. Cin

My name is Paige and I am very excited to start working as an RBT! My previous field of work was retail management. In high school, I was in a program that worked with the kids in the school with developmental disabilities. This has always inspired me and even sent me to get my Associates degree in Psychology. I have a passion for connecting with people and am really look forward to using that passion in this line of work. I recently moved to Colorado in early 2024 from Texas with my boyfriend and 16 year old dog, Otis. I love to swim, play board games, and going to karaoke!

Meet Melinda Platt

  I have traveled around a lot but have now found myself back in Colorado. I have spent the past 10 years living in Denmark, working at a boarding school where the focus was social emotional development and personal growth in addition to being an elite sports school. I have a bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Education. I have a lot of experience working with people of varying ages and abilities. I have been a coach and unified partner for the state of Connnecticut's Special Olympics swim team. I helped establish a camp in Denmark for gifted and talented students facing social and emotional challenges. I am currently studying for my BCBA and working as an RBT, gaining knowledge and experience anywhere I can to make the best impact I can on the lives of others'. 

 In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son and my animals, volunteering at the Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center, and hunting out Pokemon. Gotta Catch'em All!



Meet Mimi Fins


Mimi Fins has an extensive background in Human Resources and Business Operations, with over 30 years of experience. She has held various positions such as Director of Team Member Certified Professional designation (SCP) in Human Resources. She pursued her education at the University of Colorado at Denver, focusing on Operations Management, and later obtained certification in Human Resources Management from Regis College in Denver. Outside of work, Mimi cherishes her family time, including spending time with her husband, three dogs, and three adult sons. She enjoys walking her dogs, going to the local rec center for river walks with her mom and sister, and making time for extended family and friends.  


Meet Kendra Miller

Hi my name is Kendra Miller. I am a native to Colorado graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Psychology. I  have spent the last 10 years as a home-based childcare provider/educator. I have a wonderful husband who I have been married to for 17 years and we love spending time with our 11 year old daughter and 5 year old son. I am excited to start this new journey with Brick House.
